Senior Tournament Rules

• All entrants must be fully paid-up members of C & S Tennis Club.

• The draw will be as circulated and published in the Clubhouse, and cannot be amended except by agreement with and at the discretion of the Tournament Committee.

• Contact details for entrants are posted in the club house. If you have any problem contacting a player please contact Val Keeling.

• All games will be decided by the best of 3 sets, the first 2 sets only to be settled by a tie break if necessary.

• Please write your result on the draw on the Club notice board immediately. Please also let Dinny know the result, so the website can be updated.

• All games must be played by the date specified. If not, the Tournament Committee will draw the winner/winners out of a hat. The Tournament Committee's decision will be final.

• If any player is injured or knows that they cannot play by the specified date they must withdraw. After 3 refusals to agree a date the player(s) must scratch. This is fair to other players and for the benefit of the smooth running of the Tournament.

• The Tournament Committee will arbitrate on any disagreements that cannot be resolved by the players. The Committee's decision is final.

• Matches must not be arranged during official Junior Club events or during Senior Club nights before 7.30pm (see Clubspark for court availability).

• A player can be substituted for another, as long as no games have been played by the original player.

• If a player/players have to withdraw, then the player/players that they previously played, go through to the next round.
