Adult Team Standard Free Coaching
These sessions will run for players hoping to play in the SMC Summer League teams
They will be held over four weeks, and alternate between Ladies and Mens on Tuesdays and Wednesdays
The first week it will be Ladies on Tuesday 18:30 to 20:30, then Men on Wednesday 18:30 to 20:30
The second week it will be Men on Tuesday 18:30 to 20:30, then Ladies on Wednesday 18:30 to 20:30
Then that pattern will repeat for the following two weeks
